The nailing system utilizes an electromechanical drive and has the lowest energy consumption in its class (1.2 kWh per production of 100 pallets). Additionally, you don't have to worry about maintenance and operation of the hydraulic nailing system (refilling, oil replacement, disposal, excessive noise, etc.). The Standard line can be operated by only 2 workers.

Because the Störi Mantel nailing machines work with freely poured nails of all available and suitable types, including EPAL nails, you don't have to unnecessarily pay for collated nails, which are generally more expensive and more suitable for other equipment. The suitable nail lengths range from 27 mm to 90 mm.
